Hardware Products

All Hardware Products, unless specified to be otherwise, carry the standard warranty of 1-year on parts and 90-days in labor.

Within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for refund, or replacement of your product subject to 15% restocking fee. For returning or replacing a defective product, there will be no restocking fee and you will be issued a call tag for free return shipping.

After 30 days, your purchase will be serviced free of charge if it is under warranty. The inbound shipping will be paid by you, and the outbound shipping will be paid by CAVS.

After the warranty period, all services will be charged according to then service pricing. The inbound and outbound shipping will be the responsibility of the customers.

All Software Products, upon your purchase, are non-refundable. For the popular PlayCDG KJ Deluxe 64 LT and PlayCDG KJ Deluxe karaoke programs, please try the free demo versions available at their respective web pages before your purchase.

Within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to upgrade your purchase to a higher version or multi PC licenses with a payment of price difference.

Online Remote Service

Online Remote Service is a convenient tool where a CAVS technical support agent helps the customers by working inside the customers’ products. This service is possible by use of the Internet for the following products

  • CAVS Karaoke Laptop
  • CAVS Touch Screen Karaoke
  • CAVS All-In-One systems
  • CAVS PC Karaoke programs
  • CAVS JB-199 players

Reserve for an online remote support session. The service charge is $60 -$90 per each time block of 25 minutes.

To get ready for Online Remote Service, download and install the following remote access program in your PC or product.

When contacting the CAVS Techsupport at your reserved time slot, be ready to give the ID and Password of the installed remote access program.

Below is a link to pay service fees for special services rendered by CAVS Karaoke. The total amount, in increments of $30, would be determined apriory by CAVS Karaoke and the customers requesting the services.
