If you have a PlayCDG KJ Deluxe 64LT with version 18.104.22.168 and it is not updating for a very long period of time, try to update it manually by clicking the "Online Upgrade" from the "Help" menu item. (You must to have an internet connection during this action.) If you see the window with words "Is last Version" but version is still 22.214.171.124, copy the "cping.exe" file, which is attached to this topic, inside the "c:\Program files\CAVS\PlayCDG KJ Deluxe 64 LT" folder. Then try to update the program again.
