I am connecting my JB-99 hardrive to my PC using an IDE cable. I've never had problems in the past but now I get the following error: "System name not match". Can you help?

First, your PC should booted in DOS operating system, not Windows. Otherwise you will ruin the hard drive and it will not work with JB-99.

Second the JB-99 hard drive should be connected to your Secondary IDE cable, not the Primary. Also the hard drive coming from JB-99 player should have MASTER pin setting already, and it should be kept as such.
