JB-199 Manager Program Update

   1) Enhanced compatibility with songs downloaded from CAVS website.
      - The new version of JB-199 Manager will automatically assign song title and artist information.
      - How to use this feature:
      	a) Place song(s) into a folder, and use LogIn or JB199In to access JB-199 song library, then use FOLDER button to open the song folder.
      	b) The title and artist information will be instantly assinged to each song as you open the folder.
      note: There should not be any juke.txt in the folder where CAVS downloaded songs are located.
      
      
   2) Ability to select songs in bulk.
   	- This feature is very useful when certain range of songs need to be deleted in JB-199.
   	- How to use this feature:
   	  - e.g: Want to delete songs btw 2500 - 2600 in JB-199
           a) Click on the checkbox at song # 2500 to highlight it.
	  b) Press and hold SHIFT from the keyboard.
	  c) While holding SHIFT key, click on the checkbox at song # 2600. As you select the song 2600, all the songs btw 2500 - 2600 should have been highlighted.
	  d) Release the SHIFT key, and left click (mouse) on any highlighted portion on the screen to place checkmarks for selected songs.
           e) Press DELETE button to delete selected songs.
