Upgrade Instruction:

Download and save the zip file and unzip to your PC.
To unzip, if you have Windows XP, right click on the file, and choose Extract All.
Otherwise, if you do not have unzip tool, download Winzip or Tugzip (www.tugzip.com), then repeat the step above.
Once unzipped, the folder should contain Prog and Config(might not be included) folders.

There are 4 ways you can upgrade JB-199 software:

1) Using CD
-Burn Prog and Config (might not be included) to a CD.  
-Insert CD to a CD-Rom connected to JB-199.
-Go to Menu -> 4.Download -> Choose CD-Rom under Select Drive
-Choose option 6 for Program upgrade
-Restart JB-199
	

2) Using USB Memeory device
-Copy&Paste Prog and Config (might not be included) to a USB memory device.  
-Connected USB memory device to JB-199.
-Go to Menu -> 4.Download -> Choose USB Removable device under Select Drive
-Choose option 6 for Program upgrade
-Restart JB-199


3) Using JB-199 Manager (it is assumed that JB199 and your PC is networked properly)
-Start JB-199 Manager and choose JB199 Manager
-LOG IN (default ID: cavsadmin  pwd: jb199admin)
-Choose Program upgrade
-Under Folder, choose Prog folder and press Upgrade Files
-Under Folder, choose Config (if necessary) folder and press Upgrade Files
-Restart JB-199   



4) Manual Upgrade (not recommended unless this is necessary)
-Connect PC monitor, keyboard, and a mouse to JB-199.
-Copy Prog and Config folder to an external device, or download it directly to JB-199 with internet connection.
-Copy and Paste, Prog and Config folder to C:\NJB99\
-If prompted to overwrite, choose Yes to All
-Restart JB-199 




note: always make a backup of hard drive.
